Pennsylvania closing all rest stops, even the parking lots, has caused truckers to drive incredibly recklessly through the state. I took I-80 all the way to Jersey last night and trucks were doing 75, passing like crazy, and just generally being reckless. They lined nearly every exit and off ramp.
