Roma have officially moved Amadou Diawara to their senior Serie A squad list following the farce that resulted in a 3-0 defeat by default.
Diawara was wrongly included in Roma’s Under-22 list for the match at Verona last weekend.
The match ended 0-0 on the pitch, but the midfielder appeared as a substitute and the result turned into a 3-0 loss for the Giallorossi.
Now, Lega Serie A’s official website shows the 23-year-old in the Over-22 list, making him eligible to play in the league.
Roma host Juventus tomorrow, with the former Napoli man fully available to feature.
