As if we weren’t already looking forward to summer enough, we now have the Brucie bonus of Killing Eveseason three to look forward to as well.

We already knew the drama was returning to our screens this year, but now a source has told LADbible that we can expect it to air on BBC One in ‘June or July’.
As with previous seasons, the show is expected to be released in April first on BBC America, coming to the UK after the season has completed its run in the US. It is understood the whole series will then be made available on iPlayer after the first episode has aired on BBC One.
So not too long now until we get to see what follows on from the dramatic season two finale, which saw assassin Villanelle (Jodie Comer) shoot Eve (Sandra Oh) and leave her for dead following a tense stand-off in Rome.
Not a great deal is known in terms of what we can expect plot-wise, though pictures taken during filming revealed that Villanelle will at some point dress as a copper and point a gun at someone in a car.
What we do know is that Suzanne Heathcote – who previously worked on Fear the Walking Dead – has taken over from Emerald Fennell as lead writer and executive producer.
Phoebe Waller-Bridge, who wrote the first season and is an executive producer, said: “I’m very excited that the Killing Eve baton is being passed onto another incredible writer for season three.
“We can sleep soundly knowing these characters are safe in Suzanne Heathcote’s hilariously murderous hands.”
We also know that this season will not be the last of Killing Eve – which should be a comfort to you if you decide to binge your way through the third season on iPlayer.

The show was renewed for a fourth season earlier this month, and the smart money says we can expect that in the US in April 2021 and in the UK in June/July 2021.
