Because of the outbreak, Genoa’s game with Torino was postponed, as it had been due to kick off this afternoon.
Napoli were Genoa’s most recent opponents, winning 6-0 on Sunday, and they have so far had two positive tests – Piotr Zielinski and a member of staff.
More swabs are performed today, with results expected this evening, ahead of Napoli’s trip to Juventus.
