Today’s Serie B match between Virtus Entella and Venezia has been postponed to November 14 due to COVID-19.
It’s reported this is due to more positive tests within the Venezia squad, although there is no formal statement on the reasons yet.
They had hoped to reschedule for Sunday, but that was not possible because Entella will play in the Coppa Italia against Pisa on Tuesday.
This is the second Serie B game to be cancelled due to COVID-19 this weekend, as Reggiana-Cittadella has also been postponed following an outbreak among the host club.
