Sinisa Mihajlovic’s men have accordingly changed their routine at the Dall’Ara and returns after two and a half months of inactivity with a completely different programme.
The coach is trying to manage the effort and intensity in the training sessions, to prepare his men for the upcoming matches during the hottest period of the Italian summer.
Therefore, Bologna have rescheduled their training regime and work at dawn, according to the local paper.
A decision made to escape the hottest period of the day and change the rhythm to suit the expected summer heat and get the highest intensity out of their training sessions before the resumption.
