Harry Kane and Heung-min Son are unquestionably the Premier League’s deadliest duo at the moment.
The Tottenham attackers combined for a top-flight goal for the NINTH time this season as Jose Mourinho’s men struck late against Burnley in a 1-0 victory at Turf Moor.

The pair are now the second most prolific combination in Premier League history (29) – only Chelsea duo Didier Drogba and Frank Lampard have more (36).
They have also levelled the record held by Spurs duos Teddy Sheringham and Darren Anderton (1992-93 & 1994-95) and Sheringham and Chris Armstrong (1995-96), with both pairings also combining nine times in a single season.
In what was a cagey encounter vs Burnley, it was again their star attacking duo that made the difference.
They broke down a resolute Clarets team in the 76th minute when substitute Erik Lamela’s corner was flicked on by Kane and headed into the top corner at the back post by Son.
It came moments after the England captain had cleared off the line to deny Burnley defender James Tarkowski the opener.
The South Korea international’s eighth top-flight goal of the campaign moves Tottenham up to fifth place in the table, while Burnley remain in the relegation zone.
Tottenham are the top scorers in the Premier League after six games, having struck 16 times so far in 2020/21.
Son is the league’s top scorer with eight, while Kane has been directly involved in 13 of his side’s goals [five goals, eight assists].

Speaking after the match, boss Jose Mourinho was quick to highlight the contribution of his star forwards.
“They play together for quite a long time,” the Spurs boss said.
“They were in the team that is different from this team but they played together for a long time and that immediately gives a good understanding between the players.
“The way we are trying to play goes in the direction of their qualities. They are enjoying, they are very good friends which is important when you have top players in the team.
“It’s important that the personal relations is very, very good because in the end there is no egos. What matters is the team.
“It is amazing they are two fantastic players but here we were a team and we were a team suffering together after West Ham. We felt the pain together and here we are enjoying together.”
It was far from a fluent performance from the visitors, who had registered 31 goals in their last nine matches and 19 in their most recent four.
On the game, Mourinho added: “This is the kind of match with all the ingredients to lose points – Monday night, empty stadium, a cold and rainy night and an opponent that defends very, very well to cope with the attacking power of an opponent like us – unless you want very, very much to win.
“When you want very, very much to win matches, that’s when you can do something special. We coped well with difficulties on the pitch and have three important points.”
