Red Bull director Ralf Rangnick confirms contact with Milan and ‘can’t exclude’ becoming the new Rossoneri coach.
The former RB Leipzig and Schalke 04 coach has been targeted by Elliott Management as the ideal leader at San Siro and, according to Calciomercato.com, a precise choice by Gordon Singer.
Rangnick has confirmed talks with the Diavolo and a revolution at Milanello seems ever more likely.
“I can’t exclude it completely,” Rangnick told Bild. “Milan asked me about my availability, I advised Red Bull and there were talks with my agent.
“After the contact, the coronavirus outbreak arrived, and more important issues arose. Milan and the Lega have other things to think about.”
